To get verified on ATAIX

To get verified on ATAIX, you will need two kinds of documents: a valid government photo ID such as a passport and a picture of yourself with the criteria listed below.

Photo ID

Your photo ID needs to meet the following criteria:

• Be a valid, government issued ID.
• Have your photo, name, date of birth, and date of expiry clearly displayed on it. Please note that the ID cannot be expired, and must be resubmitted once it does expire.
• Selfie

You must submit a photo of yourself that meets the following criteria:

-Have your face clearly showing.

-Holding the same ID that you submitted for identification. 

-Holding a piece of paper with the following information on it: the current date, your email, as well as the text "ATAIX KYC".

Proof of Residence

In order to withdraw fiat currency (Euros) on ATAIX, you will need a proof of residence in addition to a valid identification document and selfie as well. The proof of residence must meet the following criteria:

-Have the user's name and address clearly displayed on it in Latin letters.

-Be issued in the last three months. Please note that a new proof of residence must be submitted every three months in order to ensure ATAIX has the user's most recent address.

Users who wish to withdraw fiat, must submit an English language ID as identification as well.
